Warranty
All arcade electronics are covered by a 12 month warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty is no longer valid if machine has been tampered with in any way. If there are any malfunctions, contact Arcade Shmarcade and we will get you back up and running! Warranty is not transferable. Arcade machines are not for commercial use. Warranty is voided if used commercially.
Buyer understands that shipping and transportation of products needing repair will be made at buyer's expense and not that of Arcade Shmarcade. Arcade Shmarcade may elect to cover shipping/transportation at it's discretion but that it is not implied that this is covered under warranty.
Buyer is responsible for connecting products to correct electronic outlets and proper voltage is maintained that product is plugged in to. Warranty coverage will NOT include electronic failures/destruction due to improper electrical voltage that product is plugged into.
Returns
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to customization and build costs, we do not offer any refunds and/or returns on any product. At the discretion of Arcade Shmarcade, a refund and/or credit may be given based on a mutual agreement between buyer and Arcade Shmarcade.

Unless otherwise stated, Arcade Shmarcade does not claim any intellectual property rights to any material that may be included and/or linked within its products and service.
All graphics/images on this site are copyrighted by the their original owners. Arcade Shmarcade makes no claim to said such rights and reproduces these graphics in respect of the original copyright holders if any for collectors and hobbyist of the original arcade coin-op machines. Any copyright holder wanting their images or reproductions removed from this site should contact us and we will immediately remove these images.
